On Friday, May 23rd from 5 to 7 pm we poured wines from the "Wine that Loves Food Line" which were blended by the world renown sommelier, Ralph Hermson of Le Circ 2000. Blended with the goal of having food and wine complement each other seamlessly, these wines don't require cellaring and show how different wine makers are trying new approaches to marketing wine.
